Following the recommendations of Governor Hochul and the World Health Organization, our studio will be enacting additional precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our clients, artists, and associates.

If you feel as though you are unwell, at risk, or have recently come into contact with a potentially contaminated area/person - we kindly insist that you reschedule your appointment - we will happily honor that decision without question provided 3 or more days’ notice (we honor deposits for six (6) months). You will be placed on our reschedule list for future booking opportunities.

Should you feel comfortable attending your scheduled appointment, we ask that you review these measures:

  • Masks are strongly encouraged to wear throughout your appointment (unless valid proof of vaccination is provided) - we have the right to refuse service without compliance, in addition to the forfeit of your deposit. We will have gloves and masks on for the entire duration of the appointment and are happy to provide the same for you. This is to reduce any risk of contamination due to proximity.

  • There is a dedicated sink and restroom; we ask that you wash your hands thoroughly before entering and upon leaving.

  • We kindly request that you attend your appointment independently to reduce the total number of persons at risk.

  • We will have masks with gloves on during your appointment to reduce any chance of contamination due to proximity - we are happy to offer a mask for you as well (however, they are not recommended for wear post-appointment).

  • We will be following our rigorous cleaning and sterilization routine (use of medical grade sterilization equipment on all contact surfaces - and of course, our equipment is single-use and properly disposed of).

As an additional measure, we ask that you review the World Health Organization's information on COVID-19.
